1. Terms and Conditions

“Madmoney” refers to Quantlabs Technologies Pvt. Ltd, a Private Limited firm based out of Chennai. We may refer to Madmoney as “We”, “Our”, or “Us”.

The “Client” is any individual or entity with an exchange approved UCC (Unique Client Code) account with Zerodha and/or Delta Exchange, able to trade various securities through Zerodha and/or Delta Exchange (in compliance with various exchange and SEBI regulations).

“MadMoney” is a developer services, and associated software offerings collectively referred to as “Algo Trading”. The APIs provide programmatic access (including, but not limited to: placing, modifying and cancelling orders; managing funds and portfolios; accessing order and account related information etc.) to various exchanges via Zerodha and/or Delta Exchange using a Client account.

This agreement is between “You” (accessor and consumer of the Zerodha and/or Delta Exchange APIs) and “Madmoney”, the individual offering Algo Trading services via the APIs. You must be a Zerodha and/or Delta Exchange Client.

• We reserve the right to cancel any service without providing any reason, even if payment is confirmed. New service dates will be informed via the discussed communication mode.
• Users must provide true and authentic information. We reserve the right to confirm this information and may reject/cancel service at our discretion.
• We are not liable for credit card frauds. Use only your own card for payments. The user is responsible for proving otherwise in the case of disputes.
• We are not responsible for service delays caused by floods, fire, war, or other acts beyond our control.

2. Privacy Policy

At MadMoney, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and financial information. This Privacy Policy outlines what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have regarding your information.

This policy applies to all users of our services, including our website, mobile application, trading automation platform, and educational content offerings.

5. Your Rights

Under Indian law and the DPDPA 2023, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and manage your data. Email us at support@madmoney.in to request changes.

6. Data Security

• SSL encryption, API vaults, and access controls
• Pen tests, backups, and cloud data centers in India

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential, analytics, and internal marketing cookies. You can opt out through browser settings.

8. Data Retention

• Data retained while active or as needed
• Financial records held for 7 years per Indian law
• On deletion request, non-mandatory data removed in 30 days

9. Children’s Privacy

We do not serve or collect data from minors under 18. Any such data found will be deleted immediately.

10. Third-Party Links

We may link to external sites (e.g., broker portals). Their privacy practices are not under our control.

3. Pricing, Shipping & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all users of MadMoney, including our algorithmic trading automation services and educational programs. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the following terms.

1. Pricing Policy

• All services are offered on a subscription basis, either monthly.
• Prices are clearly mentioned on our official pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing is subject to change based on market factors, feature additions, and strategic decisions. However, you will be notified in advance of any price revisions applicable to your active subscription.
• We reserve the right to offer special discounts, bundle packages, or limited-period offers from time to time.
• Upgrades to higher-tier plans will be billed pro-rata based on the remaining days of your current plan.

2. Shipping Policy

• No physical products are shipped.
• All services, including account activation, strategy setup, and educational access, are delivered digitally via our platform or over email.
• Access to your subscribed services will be provided within 24 hours of successful payment, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
• You will receive an onboarding guide and/or credentials (if needed) via your registered email ID.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All payments made to MadMoney are final and non-refundable.
• We do not provide partial or full refunds under any circumstances.
• It is the user’s responsibility to go through the product details, FAQ, demo material, or request support before purchasing.
• In the case of technical issues or system errors, we will ensure that the lost access or time is compensated by extending your subscription accordingly — but no money will be refunded.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default. You will be notified prior to expiry to renew manually.

4. Service Suspension / Termination

• Violation of our Terms & Conditions
• Unauthorized usage, sharing, or reselling of the software
• Abusive behavior towards staff or community
• Suspicious or illegal trading behavior flagged by our internal system
